Dr. Ken Barnes is an experienced Management Consultant devoted to delivering expert advice and services to corporate and individual clients. His areas of expertise include change management, strategy and innovation, marketing, and human capital development. He has also led corporate teams in bond financing and commercial real estate acquisitions.
As a Management Consultant, Dr. Barnes helps business and corporate organizations solve issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve performance. He does this through objective, educative, ethical, and prudent advice and expertise. Dr. Barnes helps businesses develop any specialist skills that they may lack. Dr. Barnes has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and human capital development.
Ken has consulted for corporate entities in education, health, medical services, construction and real estate, marketing, retail, restaurant, churches, para-religious organizations, and social entrepreneurship.
Dr. Barnes has served on the Institute of Management Consulting board, Los Angeles Chapter. He is a member of the Academy of Management. He also serves on multiple corporate boards, has taught numerous management courses, authored many articles in businesses, entrepreneurship, management, and finance, and is working on three books.
